Planning your wedding is a special, momentous occasion.  And a unique way to celebrate your marriage is having your wedding at the Colebrookdale Railroad.

We have specialized wedding packages listed below or we can customize a package that works for you!  Our Special Events Planner will work with you on all the intricate details to make your day memorable and extraordinary.

Package 1

The bride and groom and their guests will experience everything that the historic Colebrookdale Railroad offers with this wedding package. Begin your wedding day with a marriage ceremony by the Victorian station followed by cocktails and appetizers in the beer garden. Then dine on a three-course dinner on board and celebrate with a champagne toast as you travel back in time through the Secret Valley.  When you arrive back at the station, you can dance the night away with music from your favorite DJ or band.

This is a 2.5 to 3 hours excursion and this package will feed 84 people on the train.

Package 2

If you have a larger guest list, you can hold the wedding ceremony under a tent in our parking lot or at another location. After the wedding ceremony, guests can ride the train for two hours while enjoying appetizers and cocktails. Upon your return to the railyard, enjoy a three-course dinner under the big top followed by music, dancing, and a champagne toast.

A tent and chairs can be rented and set up in our parking lot.

Package 3

The bride and groom and their guests will board the historic Colebrookdale Railroad for a three-hour excursion through the Secret Valley while enjoying appetizers and cocktails. On the ride back to Boyertown, stop at the Colebrookdale Village for the wedding ceremony. This quaint stop along the tracks includes a picnic area, as well as a water tower and grist mill. When you return to the railyard, you can choose to hold your wedding reception at another location.

• We have a list of local caterers, bakers, and musicians.

• The cost of the food and beverages (alcohol and non-alcoholic) is not included in the rental cost of the train cars.

• Weddings cannot be scheduled on a Saturday or Sunday from September through December. A wedding can be scheduled on a Friday from September through mid-October. There are other holidays on which a wedding cannot be scheduled throughout the year.

• The rental cost for the train varies on the time of year.

• Photography option: Rent the train for a photography shoot of the bride and groom before their wedding day or arrive a few hours early if you choose one of the packages above. You could pose the “First Look” at the photo shoot. A two-hour photography session on the train will cost a minimum of $500.

• The Colebrookdale Railroad does not own a big tent or folding chairs.
